Hi, my name is Helen and a nutritionist. I have been working in this field for around 15 years and I thought I would like to share my experiences and ideas in this blog.
The thing that has us thinking most of the time is, how important is food to our body, and what is good food and bad food. I assume that we all surely had a time when we are so annoyed at people trying to tell us what to eat and what not to eat. Although some are saying it for good intentions, we will still rather they keep quiet and mind their own business. I also love taking snapshots and photographs.
My aim of this blog is to help people understand the real meaning of food and drinks and also how to balance between stress, happiness, eating right and exercising.
